Durch die Verwendung des Prinzips der Kontinuität der Schlammflüssigkeit, der Bernoulli-Gleichung und der Analyse der Kraft auf die Schallwand kann die Beziehung zwischen der Durchflussrate und der Sensor-Schallwand ermittelt werden. Wenn der Schlamm fließt, wird ein feststehendes Messstück in Bewegung versetzt. Je größer der Durchfluss ist, desto größer ist der Druck auf das Messstück und desto größer ist der Öffnungswinkel des Messstücks

Basierend auf dem Kontinuitätsprinzip der Schlammflüssigkeit, der Poluli-Gleichung und der Analyse der Prallkraft kann die Beziehung zwischen Durchflussrate und Sensor-Prallplatte ermittelt werden. Die Winkelverschiebung des Leitblechs kann durch die lineare Änderung des Widerstandswerts des Widerstands widergespiegelt werden, und die relative Änderung des Bohrflüssigkeitsflusses kann gemessen werden. An die Messwelle ist ein Potentiometer angeschlossen.
